Summary
To prevent people from driving while intoxicated when a minor is in the vehicle
Title
Relates to driving while intoxicated while in a position of care; provides that no person shall operate a motor vehicle in violation of certain sections of the vehicle and traffic law while such person has been entrusted with the care, either by effect of law or otherwise, for any minor in the vehicle at the time of such violation.
