Summary

Requires contractors to recycle a certain percentage of the waste generated on construction and demolition sites; provides contractors can apply for a waiver if they are unable to recycle the appropriate amount and shall be exempt if their construction site is more than 25 miles from a construction and delivery recycling center or if such a center is not located within the construction site's county.
