Summary
Authorizes as a pilot program certified nurse practitioners to provide care and treatment to injured employees pursuant to the provisions of the workers' compensation law; establishes a nurse practitioner committee to regulate the practice of nurse practitioners under such law; makes it a misdemeanor to violate provisions relating to fees which may be collected by nurse practitioners.
