Bill Title: An act to amend the parks, recreation and historic preservation law, in relation to requiring the collection of recyclable materials at state parks, historic sites and recreational facilities; to amend the general municipal law, in relation to encouraging municipalities to establish and implement programs for the collection of recyclable materials that are discarded in parks, playgrounds, historic sites and other recreational facilities; and to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to providing state assistance therefor to municipalities
