Bill Title: Provides that in the case of dwelling accommodations of limited-profit housing companies, the probable aggregate annual income required to determine the eligibility of tenants, shall not include the cost of tuition, books, room and board paid for dependent children; limits such exclusion to fifteen hundred dollars for each dependent child who is a full time student.
