Bill Title: Relates to facilities of refuge; defines terms; exempts any facility of refuge that is registered with the state emergency management office from payment of any exit fee or any lost revenue resultant from the installation and operation of cogeneration equipment at the facility of refuge; provides financial assistance for the installation of cogeneration technologies for the purpose of creating and maintaining facilities of refuge pursuant to article twenty-two of the energy law.
