Bill Title: Relates to requiring CPR and AED training by youth league coaches; requires youth league coaches to be trained in adult and child CPR and the use of an automated external defibrillator; provides current coaches have one year from the effective date of the law to receive such training; provides that a person who is unable to complete a training due to a physical disability may coach as long as a person who has completed a training is present at all times.
