Bill Title: Bans open pick up trucks on the historic ten and one half mile section of the Bronx River Parkway, beginning in the city of Yonkers and the village of Bronxville where such Parkway diverges from the Sprain Brook Parkway and extends north along the Bronx River Parkway Reservation to the Kenisco Dam Plaza in the hamlet of Valhalla, town of Mt. Pleasant.
