ROSENTHAL -- read once and referred to the Committee on Cities AN ACT to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to limiting excess rate changes for parking garages The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Section 20-324 of the administrative code of the city of 2 New York is amended by adding a new subdivision d to read as follows: 3 d. Any licensee who maintains, conducts or operates a parking lot or 4 garage is prohibited from increasing its schedule of rates by greater 5 than ten percent over a twelve month period. 6 § 2.
