GALLIVAN -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Investigations and Govern- ment Operations AN ACT to amend the alcoholic beverage control law, in relation to terms of sale of alcoholic beverages THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: 1 Section 1. Paragraph a of subdivision 1 of section 101-aa of the alco- 2 holic beverage control law, as amended by chapter 84 of the laws of 3 2004, is amended to read as follows: 4 a. "Credit period" means a period beginning on the date alcoholic 5 beverages are delivered and ending [thirty] SIXTY days thereafter. 6 S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
