KLEIN -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Transportation AN ACT to amend the vehicle and traffic law, in relation to the residen- tial parking system in the village of Tuckahoe in the county of West- chester THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: 1 Section 1. Subdivision 2 of section 1640-g of the vehicle and traffic 2 law, as added by chapter 239 of the laws of 1998, is amended to read as 3 follows: 4 2. Such residential parking permit system may only be established 5 within that area bounded by the following: 6 (a) the southerly corporate boundary between the village of Tuckahoe 7 and the village of Bronxville to Midland Avenue; 8 (b) Midland Avenue to its intersection with Winter Hill Road; 9 (c) Winter Hill Road from its intersection with Midland Avenue to its 10 intersection with Main Street; 11 (d) Marbledale Road from its intersection with Main Street to a point 12 where it intersects with [the northerly corporate boundary between the 13 village of Tuckahoe and the town of Eastchester] FISHER AVENUE; 14 (e) FISHER AVENUE TO THE EASTERLY CORPORATE BOUNDARY BETWEEN THE 15 VILLAGE OF TUCKAHOE AND THE TOWN OF EASTCHESTER; 16 (F) THE EASTERLY CORPORATE BOUNDARY BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF TUCKAHOE 17 AND THE TOWN OF EASTCHESTER TO THE NORTHERLY CORPORATE BOUNDARY BETWEEN 18 THE VILLAGE OF TUCKAHOE AND THE TOWN OF EASTCHESTER; 19 (G) the northerly corporate boundary between the village of Tuckahoe 20 and the town of Eastchester to the westerly corporate boundary between 21 the village of Tuckahoe and the city of Yonkers; and 22 [(f)] (H) the westerly corporate boundary between the village of Tuck- 23 ahoe and the city of Yonkers to the southerly corporate boundary between 24 the village of Tuckahoe and the village of Bronxville. 25 S 2.
