       Introduced  by Sen. FLANAGAN -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
         printed to be committed to the  Committee  on  Education  --  reported
         favorably  from  said  committee  and  committed  to  the Committee on
         Finance -- committee discharged, bill amended,  ordered  reprinted  as
         amended and recommitted to said committee
       AN  ACT  to  amend part C of chapter 57 of the laws of 2004, relating to
         support of education, in relation to extending certain  provisions  of
         such chapter
         THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section 1. Subdivision 11 of section 94 of part C of chapter 57 of the
    2  laws of 2004, relating to support of education, as amended by section 79
    3  of part A of chapter 58 of the laws of  2011,  is  amended  to  read  as
    4  follows:
    5    11.  section  seventy-one  of  this  act  shall  expire  and be deemed
    6  repealed June 30, [2012] 2014;
    7    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately, except if this act  shall
    8  have  become a law on or after June 30, 2011, this act shall take effect
    9  immediately and shall be deemed to have been in full force and effect on
   10  and after June 30, 2011.
