        AN  ACT  to amend the executive law, in relation to designating Dutchess
          lake, French lake, Green Mountain lake, Harmony lake, Quaker lake, Ray
          lake and Wonder lake as inland waterways for  purposes  of  waterfront
          revitalization
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section 1. Paragraph (a) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu-
     2  tive law, as separately amended by chapters 113, 193, 196 and 216 of the
     3  laws of 2016, is amended to read as follows:
     4    (a) the state's major inland lakes consisting of lakes  Ballston,  Big
     5  Tupper,  Black,  Campfire,  Canadarago,  Canandaigua, Cayuga, Champlain,
     6  Charles, Chateaugay, Chautauqua, Conesus, Cranberry, Dutchess, Echo  (in
     7  the  county of Westchester), French (in the county of Dutchess), George,
     8  Glencoma, Great Sacandaga, Green  Mountain,  Harmony,  Honeoye,  Indian,
     9  Keuka,  Little Wolf (in the county of Franklin), Lincolndale, Long, Lost
    10  (in the county of Putnam), Mirror, MacGregor, Mahopac, Oneida, Onondaga,
    11  Otisco, Otsego, Owasco, Peach, Placid, Putnam, Quaker (in the county  of
    12  Dutchess),  Raquette,  Ray,  Ronkonkoma,  Sacandaga,  Saratoga, Schroon,
    13  Secor, Seneca, Shenorock, Skaneateles, Silver (in the  county  of  Wyom-
    14  ing),  Saranac  [and],  Tonetta,  Teakettle  Spout [and], Wonder, Wixon,
    15  Simon (in the county of Franklin) and the Fulton chain of lakes;
    16    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
