         printed to be committed to the Committee on Finance
       AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to requiring the  depart-
         ment  of state to list all corporate officers for all entities on file
         with the department
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1.  The executive law is amended by adding a new section 93-a
    2  to read as follows:
    3    S 93-A. CUSTODY OF RECORDS; CORPORATION AND BUSINESS ENTITY  DATABASE.
    4  THE  DEPARTMENT  SHALL  LIST THE NAMES OF ALL CORPORATE OFFICERS FOR ANY
    5  AND ALL ENTITIES ON FILE WITH THE DEPARTMENT AND  THAT  ARE  LISTED  AND
    6  MAINTAINED IN THE CORPORATION AND BUSINESS ENTITY DATABASE.
    7    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
