        Introduced  by  Sen.  BOYLE  -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Transportation
        AN ACT to repeal subparagraph (iii) of paragraph (a) of subdivision 2 of
          section 14-m of the transportation law relating to the airport securi-
          ty registration fee
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section  1.  Subparagraph  (iii)  of paragraph (a) of subdivision 2 of
     2  section 14-m of the transportation law is REPEALED.
     3    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
         EXPLANATION--Matter in italics (underscored) is new; matter in brackets
                              [ ] is old law to be omitted.
