A BILL

To enact section 5533.903 of the Revised Code to

designate a portion of Interstate Route 270 in

Franklin County as the "Lt. Miroslav Steven

Zilberman Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5533.903 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5533.903. In addition to any other name prescribed in	7
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of interstate route	8
number two hundred seventy in Franklin county running in an	9
easterly and westerly direction between the intersection of that	10
interstate and state route thirty-three and the intersection of	11
that interstate and state route three hundred fifteen shall be	12
known as the "Lt. Miroslav Steven Zilberman Memorial Highway."	13

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	14
along the highway indicating its name.	15
