A BILL

To enact section 4511.109 of the Revised Code to

require the Department of Transportation to

install directional and informational signs on

3

state highways to indicate the location of United

4

States Department of Veterans Affairs medical

5

centers, outpatient clinics, and community-based

6

outpatient clinics.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 4511.109 of the Revised Code be	8
enacted to read as follows:	9

Sec. 4511.109.  The department of transportation shall erect	10
signs on state highways that display distance and directional	11
information to indicate the location of United States department	12
of veterans affairs medical centers, outpatient clinics, and	13
community-based outpatient clinics.	14

All signs erected under this section shall conform in size,	15
color, location, and content to standards contained in the manual	16
adopted by the department of transportation pursuant to section	17
4511.09 of the Revised Code.	18
