BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 4511.109 of the Revised Code be | 8 |
enacted to read as follows: | 9 |
Sec. 4511.109. The department of transportation shall erect | 10 |
signs on state highways that display distance and directional | 11 |
information to indicate the location of United States department | 12 |
of veterans affairs medical centers, outpatient clinics, and | 13 |
community-based outpatient clinics. | 14 |
All signs erected under this section shall conform in size, | 15 |
color, location, and content to standards contained in the manual | 16 |
adopted by the department of transportation pursuant to section | 17 |
4511.09 of the Revised Code. | 18 |
