To enact section 5.2266 of the Revised Code to 1
designate the first week of April of each year as 2
"Ohio Coal Miners Week."3


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5.2266 of the Revised Code be enacted 4
to read as follows:5

       Sec. 5.2266. The first week of April is designated as "Ohio 6
coal miners week" in honor of the citizens of this state who have 7
worked and continue to work in the coal mines of the state.8
