BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.254 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
Sec. 5533.254. That portion of the road known as state route | 7 |
two hundred sixty-four located within Hamilton county, commencing | 8 |
at the municipal corporation of Cleves and extending in an | 9 |
easterly direction to the intersection of that route with South | 10 |
road, shall be known as the "Sergeant David Kreuter Memorial | 11 |
Highway." | 12 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 13 |
along the highway indicating its name.
