BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5.083 of the Revised Code be enacted	4
to read as follows:	5

Sec. 5.083. The Brickstreet bbq contest held in Marietta is	6
hereby designated the state barbeque championship.	7
