A BILL
To enact section 5533.755 of the Revised Code to 1
designate a portion of State Route 55 in Miami 2
County as the "Pfc. Jeffrey L. Rice Memorial 3
Highway."4


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5533.755 of the Revised Code be 5
enacted to read as follows:6

       Sec. 5533.755. That portion of the road known as state route 7
fifty-five, running in an easterly direction between the municipal 8
corporations of Troy and Casstown in Miami county, shall be known 9
as the "Pfc. Jeffrey L. Rice Memorial Highway."10

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 11
along the highway indicating its name. 12
