A RESOLUTION

Honoring Kyle Bolen as the 2013 Super Kids Classic Soap Box Derby National Champion.

       WHEREAS,  The members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Kyle Bolen on winning the 2013 Super Kids Classic Soap Box Derby National Championship; and

       WHEREAS,  Through his tremendous efforts, Kyle Bolen excelled at this year's Super Kids Classic Soap Box Derby, riding his gravity-powered car to victory and the national championship, his second such title in five years. A freshman at Open Door School, he has amply demonstrated his ability to meet challenges with enthusiasm and confidence, as well as an exceptional willingness to work hard to attain superior results, and he is certainly deserving of high praise; and 

       WHEREAS,  Kyle Bolen's accomplishment is a justifiable source of pride and an excellent reflection not only on him but also on his family and on the entire Hanging Rock community. He has exhibited a sincere desire to fully develop his capabilities so that he might fulfill his goals in the future, and this, coupled with his maturity and initiative, shows his potential to become one of tomorrow's leaders; and

       WHEREAS,  With self-discipline, perseverance, and resolve, Kyle Bolen has distinguished himself as a conscientious and responsible young man. Indeed, he has set an example worthy of emulation, and we are certain that he will continue to display the same unwavering dedication to excellence for which he has become known; therefore be it

       RESOLVED,  That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend Kyle Bolen for outstanding achievement and salute him as one of Ohio's finest young citizens; and be it further

       RESOLVED,  That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Kyle Bolen.
