| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to extend special recognition to the Wallover Oil Company on the auspicious occasion of its One Hundred Fiftieth Anniversary; and |
| WHEREAS, A business built on the highest standards of professionalism, the Wallover Oil Company was founded in 1863 by P.M. Wallover, and it has long since distinguished itself as a praiseworthy enterprise. Throughout its history, Wallover has made many changes and additions to the products it offers, yet amidst extensive growth and expansion, the company has continued its emphasis on providing the finest customer service possible. By significantly improving the quality of life for countless citizens in the United States and Canada, the corporation has maintained a reputation for integrity and commitment to value; and |
| WHEREAS, One of the oldest independent manufacturers of lubricants in the United States, the Wallover Oil Company produces rust preventives, machine coolants, cleaners, and cutting, quenching, lubricating, and rolling oils for the machine shop, aerospace, steel, and automotive fields as well as a variety of oils for the drawing and stamping industry. The outstanding success of the organization is attributable largely to the dedicated service of its hard-working and committed employees, as well as to the innovation and foresight of its managers; and |
| WHEREAS, It is through the work of establishments such as this, which are willing to invest in local communities, that our state and nation have continued to grow and prosper. The many individuals who have been involved with the Wallover Oil Company, including its president, Eric Kielts, are to be commended for their tremendous efforts, and they are, indeed, deserving of high praise; therefore be it |
| RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, congratulate the Wallover Oil Company on its One Hundred Fiftieth Anniversary and extend best wishes for ongoing success; and be it further |
