A RESOLUTION

Honoring Karl L. Keith on receiving the Richard J. Makowski Outstanding County Auditor Award.

       WHEREAS,  The members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Karl L. Keith on being presented with the 2012 Richard J. Makowski Outstanding County Auditor Award by the County Auditor's Association of Ohio; and

       WHEREAS,  Karl Keith is a remarkable individual, for he has combined civic concern and dedication with the utmost professionalism to become a dynamic leader in the area, and this prestigious honor is a fitting tribute to him for his remarkable efforts and job performance. The auditor for Montgomery County and the president of the County Auditor's Association of Ohio, he has been active with numerous projects and committees, and he has distinguished himself as a conscientious and hard-working Ohioan; and 

       WHEREAS,  Karl Keith has willingly given of his time, energy, and abilities far beyond what was required or expected, and he has striven to better the world around him, earning the respect and esteem of the entire community. We are certain that in the years to come, he will continue to display the same unwavering commitment to service for which he has become known; and

       WHEREAS,  It is through the unsurpassed efforts and unparalleled commitment of individuals such as Karl Keith that our nation continues to grow and prosper and our state remains responsive to the needs of its citizens. He has earned a well-deserved reputation as a generous and civic-minded person, and he is deserving of the highest praise for his concerted efforts on behalf of the entire community; therefore be it

       RESOLVED,  That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, applaud Karl L. Keith on his recent accolade and salute him as one of Ohio's finest citizens; and be it further

       RESOLVED,  That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Karl L. Keith.
