A BILL
To direct the Ohio Department of Job and Family 1
Services to adopt rules governing the use of the 2
Federal Parent Locator Service by the Office of 3
Child Support.4


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. Upon receipt of further guidance from the United 5
States Department of Health and Human Services regarding the 6
coordination of the use of the Federal Parent Locator Service 7
between states and the federal Office of Child Support 8
Enforcement, the Department of Job and Family Services shall adopt 9
rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code 10
governing the use of the Federal Parent Locator Service by the 11
Office of Child Support in the Department of Job and Family 12
Services, and the dissemination of information contained within 13
the Federal Parent Locator Service to public children services 14
agencies.15
