BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
| Section 1. That section 5533.581 of the Revised Code be | 6 |

enacted to read as follows: | 7 |
| Sec. 5533.581. The road known as the Nelsonville bypass, | 8 |
|
being part of the road known as United States route number | 9 |
|
thirty-three, located in Hocking and Athens counties and passing | 10 |
|
to the north and east of the municipal corporation of Nelsonville, | 11 |
|
shall be known as the "Governor Ted Strickland Highway." | 12 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 13 |
|
along the highway indicating its name. | 14 |
