BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
| Section 1. That section 5533.464 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
| enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
| Sec. 5533.464. That portion of the road known as state route | 7 |
| number three hundred six, located within the municipal corporation | 8 |
| of Kirtland only, shall be known as the "U.S.M.C. LCpl. Daniel G. | 9 |
| Zegarac Memorial Highway." | 10 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 11 |
| along the highway indicating its name. | 12 |
