Summary
Requires district extended ADMw to be calculated by considering students in public charter schools to be students in nonchartered public schools. Provides exception when public charter school ceases to operate.] Requires apportionment from State School Fund to school district that had sponsored public charter school that ceased to operate for first school year after public charter school ceased to operate. Allows additional amount if public charter school ceased to operate following 2014-2015 school year. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2015.
