Summary

The Act changes drug crime laws related to pill presses and similar equipment. The Act takes effect on the 91st day after sine die. (Flesch Readability Score: 71.2). Creates the crime of possessing, purchasing, making, delivering or selling a pill press or similar equipment. Punishes by a maximum of five years' imprisonment, a $125,000 fine, or both. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
