Summary

The Act says that real estate agents may access the MLS and do not have to be a part of a group that represents real estate agents. (Flesch Readability Score: 77.8). Prohibits a person from denying a real estate licensee access to the multiple listing service because the licensee is not a member of a professional real estate association or organization. Punishes violation of the Act as an unlawful practice under the Unlawful Trade Practices Act.
