Summary

Makes ODVA do a study on the status of small businesses owned by veterans. Tells ODVA to submit a report on its findings. (Flesch Readability Score: 66.4). Requires the Department of Veterans' Affairs to conduct a statewide study on the status of small businesses owned by veterans. Directs the department to submit a report on the study to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to veterans no later than November 1, 2026. Sunsets January 2, 2027.
