Summary
The Act gives funds to DAS for universal representation. The Act gives funds to OSB for legal help for immigration matters. (Flesch Readability Score: 63.2). Appropriates moneys from the General Fund to the Oregon Department of Administrative Services for purposes of deposit in the Universal Representation Fund.
