Summary
Provides exemption from mandatory disclosure of electronic mail addresses that are in possession of offices of legislative department. Permits disclosure of electronic mail addresses used to distribute current legislative officeholder newsletters to current officeholder's campaign office or to current candidates who have filed to run for elective office, if requested. Restricts further distribution of electronic mail addresses by campaign offices. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
