Summary
The Act changes laws with respect to the calculation of the minimum wage rate. (Flesch Readability Score: 65.7). Provides for calculation of the minimum wage rate beginning July 1, 2026. Directs the Bureau of Labor and Industries to establish a formula by rule for setting the minimum wage rate. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
