Summary

Provides that tax-exempt nonprofit organization may supply to Oregon Liquor Control Commission informational materials about human trafficking, including adhesive stickers, provided that materials contain objectively verifiable information only about human trafficking. Requires Department of Consumer and Business Services to develop and post on department's website model sign that provides information about help for victims of human trafficking. Requires department to specify contents and format of sign and to keep information on sign current.] Requires Department of Consumer and Business Services to cooperate with Department of Human Services in providing sticker or adhesive sign with similar information.] Becomes operative 60 days after effective date of Act.] Requires commission to include information with license renewal notice that commission sends to licensees if commission receives information from tax-exempt nonprofit organization. Sunsets January 2, 2018. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
