Summary
Directs State Parks and Recreation Department to conduct study to determine feasibility of authorizing use of electric assisted bicycles on public trails that allow for use of nonmotorized bicycles. Requires department to report results of study to appropriate committee or interim committee no later than October 31, 2023. Sunsets January 2, 2024. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
