Summary
The Act would have Business Oregon develop a plan to promote industrial symbiosis, which is defined to mean the use of the resources of one firm by a second firm. The Act would have the agency submit a report on the plan next year. (Flesch Readability Score: 61.4). Directs the Oregon Business Development Department to develop a roadmap for the purpose of promoting industrial symbiosis activities in Oregon. Sunsets on January 2, 2028. Declares an emergency, effective on passage.
