Summary

Prohibits possession of weapons in Capitol except by police officer or member of military performing duties. Prohibits possession of weapons in Capitol except by police officer or member of military performing duties. Punishes by maximum of five years' imprisonment, $125,000 fine, or both. Directs Legislative Administrator to develop and implement administrative policy for screening of persons entering Capitol by security personnel.
