Summary
Directs Department of Education to conduct study to identify sources of funding to pay for costs of establishing secure, single point of entry for each public school and to determine if costs may be covered in seismic rehabilitation projects. Directs department to submit report to interim committee of Legislative Assembly no later than September 15, 2024. Sunsets January 2, 2025. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
