Summary
The Act says that DDAs will be paid by the state salary plan. The Act tells the state to pay a county for the salary of one DDA and half of the salary of other DDAs appointed by the DA. Provides for the state to reimburse a county for the salary of one deputy district attorney and half of the salary of other deputy district attorneys appointed by the district attorney.
