Summary

The Act says that DDAs will be paid by the state salary plan. The Act tells the state to pay a county for the salary of one DDA and half of the salary of other DDAs appointed by the DA. (Flesch Readability Score: 80.7). Provides for deputy district attorneys to be paid salaries according to the state salary plan. Provides for the state to reimburse a county for the salary of one deputy district attorney and half of the salary of other deputy district attorneys appointed by the district attorney. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
