The Act tells the SOS to confirm voter registration data from ODOT and OHA. The Act tells the secretary not to send the data to a county clerk until and unless the person is confirmed to be a U.S. citizen. (Flesch Readability Score: 61.7). Requires the Secretary of State to verify information provided to the secretary by the Department of Transportation and the Oregon Health Authority regarding voter registration.
