Summary

Expands uses of Toll Program Fund. Expands uses of Toll Program Fund. Provides that specified amount of moneys in fund from toll revenues be used to award grants to cities for purpose of transportation projects that mitigate traffic diversion as result of operation of tollway and improve public transportation.
