Summary

The Act directs the HECC to study health care for certain higher learning faculty. (Flesch Readability Score: 65.7). Requires the Higher Education Coordinating Commission to study health care benefits for part-time faculty at public universities and community colleges in this state. Directs the commission to submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to higher education not later than September 15, 2026. Sunsets on January 2, 2027.
