Summary

The Act makes new laws with respect to the registration of farm worker housing. (Flesch Readability Score: 69.9). Requires that rules adopted by the Department of Consumer and Business Services with respect to the registration of farmworker camps be consistent with federal regulations governing farmworker housing health and safety standards. Directs the department to register farmworker camps that comply with certain federal regulations. Becomes operative on January 1, 2028.
