Summary

Requires that examination for pesticide operator license classification to engage in business of pesticide application for control of pests deleterious to public health include questions testing applicant's knowledge regarding proper practices for treatment of bedbugs. Requires that examination for pesticide applicator license include questions testing applicant's knowledge regarding proper practices for treatment of bedbugs. Requires pesticide operator currently engaged in business of pesticide application for control of pests deleterious to public health to pass, within one year of effective date of Act, examination testing operator's knowledge regarding proper practices for treatment of bedbugs. Provides for license classification suspension if pesticide operator fails to timely pass examination.
