Summary
Limits for six-year period beginning July 1, 2015, payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by Oregon Department of Administrative Services, Oregon Military Department, State Department of Fish and Wildlife and Legislative Administration Committee for capital construction. Limits, for six-year period beginning July 1, 2015, payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by Oregon Military Department for Oregon Military Museum.] Limits, for six-year period beginning July 1, 2015, payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts and federal funds, but excluding lottery funds, collected or received by Oregon Military Department for Sharff Hall/Maison Armory.] Increases limitation on expenditures from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts and federal funds, but excluding lottery funds, collected or received by Oregon Military Department for Oregon Military Museum.] Increases limitation on expenditures from federal funds collected or received by Oregon Military Department for Medford Armory.] Limits, or increases limitation on, expenditures from federal funds collected or received by Oregon Military Department and State Department of Fish and Wildlife for capital construction for six-year period beginning July 1, 2015. Increases limit for six-year period beginning July 1, 2015, on payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts and certain federal funds, but excluding lottery funds and other federal funds, collected or received by Higher Education Coordinating Commission for expenditures of bond proceeds for benefit of public universities. Deletes extension of expiration date on certain Department of Corrections project. Increases limit for six-year period beginning July 1, 2015, on payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts and federal funds, but excluding lottery funds, collected or received by Oregon Military Department for Oregon Military Museum. Limits for six-year period beginning July 1, 2015, payment of expenses from bond proceeds and other revenues, including federal funds collected or received from Higher Education Coordinating Commission, for building at Portland Community College. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
