Requires, if investigation involves member of Legislative Assembly, report of findings to be given to committee on conduct and specified action by committee if report contains finding sustaining allegations. Establishes other procedures if investigation involves legislative or other employees or lobbyists. Establishes Senate and House Committees on Conduct.
