Summary
Demands at least 8% of those who voted in the last election for a Governor to sign an IM petition. Demands at least 10% of those who voted in the last election for a Governor to sign a petition to amend the Constitution. Demands that signatures must come from among all congressional districts. Takes effect if the people vote for it at the next general election. (Flesch Readability Score: 60.6).
