Summary
The Act allows the agency of the State Fire Marshal to require fingerprints for criminal background checks on certain persons. The Act goes into effect when the Governor signs it. Authorizes the Department of the State Fire Marshal to require, for purposes of a criminal records check, fingerprints from an employee, a prospective employee or a person who provides or seeks to provide certain services.
