Summary

Provides that mutuel pool for live or previously held horse race may include amounts carried forward from mutuel pool from previous races. Provides that mutuel pool for live or previously held horse race may include unclaimed amounts carried forward from mutuel pool from previous races. Modifies definition of "mutuel" wagering. Authorizes Oregon Racing Commission to adopt rules to identify forms of mutuel wagering that race meet licensees may offer. Provides that device used by race meet licensee to offer mutuel wagering in accordance with commission rules is not considered slot machine or gray machine.
